NATURAL STATE.
The birthplace of the Renaissance, Botticelli's Venus, home to the Medici family, Dante and Machiavelli. It is also home to the root and chosen dialect since the 14th century as the national language of Italy. With so much to see and explore, I went once with a lover and we explored the town by night and by day. By day, the museums and masterpieces, by night the streets and Duomo, getting lost in the shadows and cast light. By night, without the crowds you get the sense of the historic medieval town it once was and get lost in you shadow just before you grab a late night panino or gelato. It is also hot as hades in the summer, so it was also a defense mechanism.
